The Hayley Way

The Hayley Way

Our point of difference

We invest a great deal of time into ensuring all our colleagues receive the most thorough and motivational training programmes. We call this process 'The Hayley Way': a unique approach to conducting our business which effectively creates ideal environments for talent and ambition to flourish. It was developed a number of years ago when the company became very aware of the need to ensure that all of our colleagues are happy and developed at work because happy people who want to be at work provide a far more exceptional customer experience. So successful are our beliefs that we recently featured in The Sunday Times list of 'Top 100 Companies to Work For'.

Selecting talent

The Hayley Way system covers our recruitment process which is unique to our business and we choose our colleagues through a Talent Selection Process. This means we look to employ colleagues who possess 11 key talents and who are passionate about looking after you. Then we invest a great deal of time in the way that we induct new colleagues, our training and our daily communication. At the start of every shift, all colleagues attend a 10 minute meeting known to us as a line-up. During this meeting vital information is communicated ensuring that all colleagues are not only well-briefed for your event, but are fully energised to provide you with Sensational Service. This ensures that all of us feel empowered and involved in the customer experience.

Securing our future success

The Hayley Way not only focuses on how we train and develop our colleagues, but also on the way in which we interact with our guests. By devising a set of Hayley Habits from always putting safety first to smiling at all times, our colleagues act responsibly, honestly and fairly to ensure your experience is second to none and that we as a company continue to go from strength to strength.
